If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, please follow the below steps to initiate a refund. It takes about 7-10 working days for a refund in case of prepaid orders.

Click a picture of the damaged/defective product where the damaged area is clearly visible.
For better results keep the product under good light while clicking the picture.
2.Email the Image:
Email the image within 10 days to enquiries2goldencreators.com, with the concern mentioned in the mail.
3. Refund Process Initiation:
Once the delivery man picks up the shipment from you, we will start processing the refund after verifying the damaged / defective product.
Our refund and returns policy last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
